StockNote 운영자(이하 회사)는 살래말래 및 Stock Note 모바일 애플리케이션, 웹사이트, API, 커뮤니티, 광고, 알림 및 부가 기능(이하 서비스)을 제공합니다. 이 약관은 회사와 서비스를 이용하는 회원 사이의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 정합니다.
제1조 목적
이 약관은 서비스 이용 조건, 계정 관리, 콘텐츠 이용, 투자정보의 성격, 개인정보 보호, 서비스 제한 및 분쟁 해결 기준을 명확히 하기 위한 것입니다.
제2조 계정 및 인증
1. 회원은 이메일, 비밀번호, 인증 코드, Apple 로그인, Google 로그인 등 회사가 제공하는 방식으로 가입하거나 로그인할 수 있습니다.
2. 회원은 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 타인의 계정 또는 인증 정보를 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
3. 계정 보안 관리 책임은 회원에게 있으며, 계정 도용 또는 의심되는 접근을 알게 된 경우 즉시 회사에 알려야 합니다.
4. 회사는 보안, 부정 이용 방지, 법령 준수 또는 서비스 보호를 위해 필요한 경우 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
제3조 서비스 내용
회사는 다음 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.
1. 매매일지 작성, 이미지 첨부, AI 이미지 인식, 요약 및 기록 관리
2. 포트폴리오, 자산, 종목, 시세, 뉴스, 공시 등 투자 참고 정보 조회
3. 커뮤니티 게시글, 댓글, 채팅, 번역, 신고 및 운영 관리
4. 출석, 알림, 사용자 설정, 광고 제거 여부 등 앱 기능
5. 광고, 리워드 광고 검증, 분석 및 서비스 품질 개선
제4조 투자정보 및 투자 책임
1. 서비스에서 제공되는 모든 투자 관련 정보는 일반적인 참고 정보이며 투자 권유, 투자 자문, 투자 일임 또는 금융상품 매매 권유가 아닙니다.
2. 회원은 모든 투자 판단과 거래 결과에 대해 스스로 책임집니다.
3. 회사는 정보의 정확성, 완전성, 최신성을 보증하지 않으며, 관련 법령상 책임이 인정되는 경우를 제외하고 투자 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제5조 회원 콘텐츠
1. 회원이 작성한 매매일지, 게시글, 댓글, 채팅, 이미지, 문의 등 콘텐츠의 권리는 원칙적으로 해당 회원에게 있습니다.
2. 회원은 서비스 운영, 저장, 표시, 백업, 보안, 신고 처리, 번역, 검색, 품질 개선에 필요한 범위에서 회사가 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있도록 허락합니다.
3. 회원은 불법 정보, 허위 정보, 타인의 개인정보, 저작권 침해 자료, 혐오 또는 폭력 표현, 투자 사기 또는 유사투자자문 오인 행위를 게시해서는 안 됩니다.
4. 회사는 법령, 약관, 커뮤니티 기준 또는 서비스 안정성을 위반하는 콘텐츠를 숨김, 삭제, 제한하거나 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
제6조 AI 및 자동 처리 기능
1. AI 이미지 인식, 요약, 번역 기능은 회원이 입력하거나 업로드한 자료를 바탕으로 결과를 제공합니다.
2. AI 결과는 오류가 있을 수 있으며, 회원은 중요한 판단 전에 직접 확인해야 합니다.
3. 회원은 AI 기능에 주민등록번호, 금융계좌 비밀번호, 건강정보, 타인의 민감정보 등 불필요한 개인정보를 입력해서는 안 됩니다.
제7조 광고 및 외부 서비스
1. 회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 광고를 표시하거나 광고 성과를 측정할 수 있습니다.
2. 광고, 앱스토어, 결제, 소셜 로그인, 클라우드, 분석, AI 등 외부 서비스 이용에는 각 제공자의 약관과 정책이 함께 적용될 수 있습니다.
3. 회원이 외부 링크, 광고 또는 제3자 서비스를 통해 거래하거나 정보를 제공하는 경우 해당 제3자의 약관과 개인정보 처리 기준을 확인해야 합니다.
제8조 개인정보 보호
1. 회사는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 개인정보를 처리합니다.
2. Google 로그인 및 Google API Services를 통해 처리되는 Google 사용자 데이터의 접근, 사용, 저장, 공유, 보유 및 삭제 기준은 개인정보처리방침의 Google OAuth 및 Google API Services 사용자 데이터 조항에 따릅니다.
제9조 서비스 변경 및 중단
1. 회사는 기능 개선, 보안, 장애 대응, 법령 준수, 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
2. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 회사는 서비스 화면, 웹페이지 또는 합리적인 방법으로 안내합니다.
제10조 탈퇴 및 삭제 요청
1. 회원은 앱 내 계정 설정 또는 고객지원 경로를 통해 회원 탈퇴, 개인정보 삭제, 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다.
2. 회사는 관련 법령상 보존이 필요한 정보, 분쟁 대응에 필요한 정보, 서비스 무결성 유지를 위해 필요한 범위를 제외하고 요청된 정보를 삭제하거나 비식별 처리합니다.
제11조 책임 제한
1. 회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 클라우드 장애, 앱스토어 장애, 제3자 서비스 장애 등 회사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 회사는 회원의 귀책 사유, 약관 위반, 부정 이용, 투자 판단, 제3자와의 거래에서 발생한 손해에 대해 관련 법령상 책임이 인정되는 경우를 제외하고 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제12조 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다. 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령에서 정한 절차와 관할 기준에 따릅니다.
제13조 약관의 변경
회사는 법령, 서비스, 운영 정책이 변경되는 경우 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 서비스 화면, 웹페이지 또는 기타 합리적인 방법으로 고지합니다.

The StockNote operator provides the Stock Note mobile application, website, API, community, advertising, notifications, and related features. These Terms describe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users of the Service.
1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions for using the Service, account management, content use, investment information disclaimers, privacy protection, service restrictions, and dispute handling standards.
2. Accounts and authentication
Users may sign up or sign in by email, password, verification code, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or other methods provided by the Service. Users must provide accurate information and must not use another person account or authentication information. Users are responsible for keeping their accounts secure. The operator may restrict account use when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service protection.
3. Service features
The Service may provide trade journals, image attachments, AI image recognition, summaries, portfolio and asset tools, market information, news, disclosures, community posts, comments, chat, translation, reports, attendance, notifications, user settings, advertisements, rewarded ad verification, analytics, and service quality improvements.
4. Investment information and user responsibility
All investment-related information in the Service is for general reference only. It is not investment advice, investment solicitation, discretionary investment management, or a recommendation to buy or sell financial products. Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions and trading results. The operator does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information and is not responsible for investment losses unless liability is required by applicable law.
5. User content
Users generally retain rights to trade journals, posts, comments, chat messages, images, support messages, and other content they create. Users permit the operator to use such content as necessary to operate, store, display, back up, secure, moderate, translate, search, and improve the Service. Users must not post illegal information, false information, personal data of others, copyright-infringing materials, hate or violent content, investment fraud, or content that may be mistaken for unauthorized investment advisory activity.
6. AI and automated processing
AI image recognition, summary, and translation features provide results based on materials entered or uploaded by users. AI results may be inaccurate, and users should verify important information before relying on it. Users must not enter unnecessary personal data, sensitive data, financial account passwords, resident registration numbers, health data, or personal data of others into AI features.
7. Advertising and third-party services
The operator may display advertisements and measure ad performance to operate the Service. Third-party services such as ads, app stores, payments, social login, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and AI providers may also apply their own terms and policies. Users should review the terms and privacy practices of third parties before using external links, ads, or third-party services.
8. Privacy
The operator processes personal data according to the Privacy Policy. The access, use, storage, sharing, retention, and deletion of Google user data processed through Google Sign-In or Google API Services are described in the Google OAuth and Google API Services user data section of the Privacy Policy.
9. Service changes and suspension
The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service for feature improvements, security, incident response, legal compliance, or operational needs. Important changes will be announced through the Service, website, or other reasonable methods.
10. Account deletion and data deletion requests
Users may request account deletion, data deletion, or withdrawal of consent through in-app account settings or support channels. The operator will delete or de-identify requested data except where retention is required by law, dispute handling, security, or service integrity.
11. Limitation of liability
The operator is not responsible for damages caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, cloud service failures, app store failures, or third-party service failures. The operator is not responsible for damages caused by user fault, violation of these Terms, abuse, investment decisions, or transactions with third parties unless liability is required by applicable law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to the Service will be handled according to applicable laws and jurisdiction rules.
13. Changes to these Terms
The operator may revise these Terms when laws, services, or operating policies change. Important changes will be announced before they take effect through the Service, website, or other reasonable methods.
